Google continues to amaze us! This time we're impressed with their ELMAH tool (Error Logging Modules and Handlers). It's a developer tool that after a short amount of setup will allow you to easily record website errors to a database. The also provides developers with a large suite of tools that can be used to monitor, react, and report on errors. Some of my favorite features include emailing error info to admins and publishing an RSS feed of the last 15 errors.
My business partner, Andres Nava, has already started using the new ELMAH tool successfully in a production environment and I will begin doing the same for feature-rich websites and applications.
